This position is responsible for the tactical execution of programs/projects throughout the product development pipeline, while providing consumer insights to clients. The Insights Manager drives a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to meet client requirements, quality standards, and schedule deadlines for product release, as well as conducts research analysis in determining key findings, conclusions, and recommendations.


You have an analytical mindset and understand how to interpret data insights to provide actionable recommendations for clients. You can manage client expectations and program requirements with little oversight. The ability to lead cross functional teams is key to the successful execution of programs aligned to you.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or recent, comparable work experience in lieu of non-business discipline).
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ general business experience with minimum 2 years in a comparable role (specific to position)
  • Excellent communication skills that includes clear articulation of complex information.
  • Must be data-driven, detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development processes and program/project management.
  • Experience working with a variety of project management and business analytic tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite) a plus.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, sound judgement, and emotional intelligence.

Compensation: DOE
