This position is responsible for the tactical execution of programs/projects throughout the product development pipeline, while providing consumer insights to clients. The Insights Manager drives a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to meet client requirements, quality standards, and schedule deadlines for product release, as well as conducts research analysis in determining key findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
You have a strong research background, an analytical mindset and understand how to interpret data insights to provide actionable recommendations for clients. You can manage client expectations and program requirements with little oversight. The ability to lead cross functional teams is key to the successful execution of programs aligned to you. You will need to possess the capability to breakdown complex concepts and data, and turn that into insights clients can understand.
