We have both short-term project-based positions (mid-Sept - end of Nov), and full-time permanent positions available. 

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for recruiting (calling current agents and calling to obtain new agents), scheduling and prioritizing projects, and coordinating Independent Contractors (Field Agents) for individual projects, which includes providing follow-up and coaching, and ensuring completion of programs by the set deadline.


The right candidate for this position is a team player, with great computer and communication skills, that will embrace our company's business values. You have an outgoing personality, an analytical approach, are a self-motivated goal setter, and work well with little supervision, an impeccable work ethic, and a high degree of integrity.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manages Independent Contractors (Field Agents) by recruiting, engaging, coaching, terming, resolving payment issues, providing Field Agent support for accurate execution of work and improving the quality of the company Field Agent database
  • Manages assignments per project cycle for specified projects and/or areas (depending on project or client, as directed by team)
  • Manages quality of assignments and projects, according to company and client standards.
  • Participates in quality control, verification and other parameters established internally and/or contracted with the client.
  • Contributes to team profitability by appropriately managing discretionary spending required to meet company or client goals
  • Maintains accurate and appropriate communication in all areas and all types (phone, email, online and interpersonal, peers, subordinates, and superiors)
  • Demonstrates an understanding of team dynamics and accountability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred.
  • Project Management and Recruiting
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Compliance and auditing experience a plus
  • Marketing or Marketing Research experience is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Intermediate or better use of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Map Point.
  • Active in pursuing personal and professional growth through self-directed or formal education.

Compensation: $16.95/hour

 

Pre-employment testing including drug screening (marijuana prohibited) & background check. EOE. We do not offer relocation reimbursement.
