We are a growing business of about 85 dedicated employees, located in San Diego near Old Town and Mission Bay. From humble beginnings in 1989 as a mystery shopping company, TrendSource has grown into a full-service market research, data collection and strategic consulting firm for companies in multiple industries, including manufacturing, food service, and retail, both local and nationwide. Additionally, TrendSource offers compliance audits for risk management. We have a network of Independent Contractors (Field Agents) that collect this data through various methodologies such as mystery shopping, survey collection, and onsite inspections.

Responsibilities

What is a Project Coordinator?

Project Coordinators work on teams of 5-12 people, and are responsible for the execution of data collection through the use of Independent Contractors (Field Agents). This is achieved by recruiting (calling, emailing, and texting current and potential agents), scheduling and prioritizing projects, and coordinating Field Agents for individual projects. This includes providing follow-up and coaching, and ensuring completion of programs by the set deadline.  Project Coordinators manage multiple projects at once and adhering to strict deadlines.

Compensation: $16.95/hour
